Community Land Trusts: A method of ensuring permanent affordability

Community land trusts (CLTs) are gaining traction in New York City -- receiving the support of City Councilpersons, local agencies, and several not-for-profits. Please join us as this exciting panel explains what the CLT model is and connects groups that support or have successfully effectuated the CLT model. As CLTs seek to expand their footprint, panelists will discuss organizing strategies, means of support and recent policy developments.
